Depression is as unique as the individuals it touches, affecting everyone differently. It might feel like a persistent fog of sadness, a loss of interest in once-loved activities, or an unshakeable fatigue that makes mornings a daunting challenge. Our goal is not to offer quick fixes, but to understand the depths of your experience, identify patterns that contribute to your feelings of sadness, and collaboratively develop strategies that foster healing, growth, and a rekindling of joy in your life.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a variety of evidence- based practices tailored to suit your unique needs and circumstances. Whether you’re dealing with persistent sadness, low energy, feelings of worthlessness, suicidal thoughts or chronic aches and pains, I am here to support you.
